Biography

Reda Rebib is a co-founder of Golden Age Health and leads its business development and Middle East operations from Dubai. He works with pharmaceutical and biotech companies on both sides of the bridge Golden Age Health builds: Western medicines coming to Asia and the Gulf, and Chinese innovation moving to international markets.

Before Golden Age Health, Reda spent a decade at EQT Partners, from 2016 to 2025, rising from Associate to Director in the healthcare investment team. He was Lead Director on EQT's investment in Galderma, from its acquisition from Nestlé through its listing in 2024, and worked on healthcare transactions including Cerba. He was a founding member of EQT's Paris office and led the coverage of European pharmaceutical opportunities.

Reda began his career at the Boston Consulting Group, where he worked in Zurich, Geneva and Mumbai on strategy and corporate development projects across healthcare, consumer and industrial sectors.

“I invest in and build healthcare companies in markets where execution is the hard part.”
